We are required to charge sales tax on orders to be delivered to addresses within the State of Tennessee. The customer is solely responsible for all sales tax.

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error, error in pricing, product information received from our suppliers, etc., please let us know so we can correct them. Information on our web site is updated daily and will always be the most current information available.
Please take a few minutes to check your order. If there is any damage or missing items please let us know right away by contacting email@example.com and include your name, address and invoice number. We do not accept returns but will accept items for exchange or store credit.
We ship via the US postal service or Fedex. Exact methods will vary based upon best rate and shipping times. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. Large orders or wholesale orders may take up to 5 days to process. In the even your order will take longer than 5 days, or a back-order occurs, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order. You may have the option to cancel your order or wait for your product. You may also choose to have in-stock items sent and wait for back-ordered items. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
